Incorporation of JSC Kavminvody.
In February 1995, a new enterprise, OJSC Kavminvody, was registered and later reorganized into JSC Kavminvody. The main goal of the enterprise was to create a technology that would allow bringing to the consumers mineral water in its original form as a healing product created by nature over millions of years.

In February 1997, the first assembly work on installation and commissioning of equipment began. In a short time, a modern industrial enterprise has grown up in the village of Novotersky, Mineralovodsky Region. In April 1997, the plant produced the first bottle of Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineral water.
In April 1997, the new product won the recognition of specialists at the Berlin Mineral Water Exhibition and received its first diploma. This day is considered to be a professional holiday for the specialists of JSC Kavminvody.

The company develops and implements a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9000-1996.

In January 2000, the second line for mineral water bottling into glass bottles of 0.44 l and 0.5 l was put into operation. Consumers now have the opportunity to purchase Novoterskaya tselebnaya in classic glass containers.

In March 2001, JSC "Kavminvody" was the first among the food enterprises of the Stavropol Krai to receive a certificate of compliance with the quality system GOST R ISO 9001-96.
In July 2001, Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineral water was officially recognized in Germany, and thereafter the natural mineral water could be sold in the countries of the European Union.
In 2001, the President of Russia V.V. Putin visited the plant. The head of state commended the production level of the young promising enterprise.
In July, JSC Kavminvody celebrated the release of the 150-millionth bottle.

The growth of Novoterskaya tselebnaya popularity required that the management of JSC Kavminvody take action to meet the growing demand. In February 2002, the construction of the second production site of the enterprise began, the capacity of which was twice the existing one.

In April 2003, the second production building of the plant was put into operation, which made it possible not only to increase the production of mineral water but also to expand the range of products. The bottling of Novoterskaya Gornaya drinking water produced from the underground wells of the Malkinskoye deposit has begun under the Novoterskaya trademark.
In December 2003, the star of the ninth magnitude in the constellation Taurus was named "Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineralnaya".
In 2003, for significant achievements in the field of product quality assuring, the introduction of highly efficient quality management methods, JSC Kavminvody became a laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in the field of quality.

The bottling of mineral water into exclusive 0.5-liters glass bottles, which have become an important part of the corporate identity of the plant, has begun. The original shape of the bottle reliably protects the buyers from counterfeiting.

The International Development Fund "Eurasia", the International Organization of Entrepreneurs, and the US PRIORITY ENTERPRISE awarded JSC Kavminvody the international award "Leader of Economic Development of Russia" in the nomination "Best Taxpayer of Russia".
Bottled water for water dispensers is a popular and important segment of the domestic drinking water market, the growing demand for which has dictated the need to meet the demand of our citizens for such products. In 2004, a line for bottling Novoterskaya gornaya drinking water into 19-liters polycarbonate bottles was commissioned.

A system in the field of food quality management has been developed and implemented for compliance with the international standard GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001: 2000), the basis of which is the "Quality Policy" aimed at creating products that satisfy the ever-changing needs and tastes of consumers by continuously improving quality while increasing production volumes.

A quality management system was introduced at the enterprise in relation to the production and supply of mineral and drinking water to comply with GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001: 2000).
Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineral water line is expanded with 0.33-liters PET bottle. The small bottle format is convenient to use, it does not take up much space but it will surely quench your thirst while walking.

The company began using a laser marker to label PET bottles, which further reduced the risks of buying a counterfeit of a brand already known by that time.

A quality management system was introduced at the enterprise in relation to the production and supply of mineral and drinking water for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001: 2008).
PET bottles with mineral and drinking water, as well as an exclusive glass bottle have acquired an elegant design. The engraved waves at the top of the bottles have become a distinctive feature of the Novoterskaya™ product line. A branded 0.33-liters glass bottle appears in the mineral water product line.
Novoterskaya gornaya drinking water changed its name to Novoterskaya.

A quality management system was introduced at the enterprise in relation to the production and supply of mineral and drinking water for compliance with GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001: 2008).

Since the customers often asked about the difference between Novoterskaya tselebnaya and Novoterskaya waters, it was decided to change the color range of the drinking water line. As a result, Novoterskaya drinking water is bottled in blue PET bottles, and bottles for Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineral water retained their original turquoise color.

In April 2017, Kavminvody Joint-Stock Company celebrated an important date — 20^th anniversary since the release of the first bottle of Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineral water.
In 2017, the food products quality management system of JSC Kavminvody was certified for compliance with the international standard FSSC 22000.
According to the results of laboratory tests carried out by the independent non-profit organization Russian Quality System, Novoterskaya drinking water has confirmed its high quality and compliance not only with the requirements of current quality and safety standards, but also with the requirements of the advanced Roskachestvo (Russian Quality) standard, which exceeds the requirements of modern GOSTs (state standards).

The product line of Novoterskaya tselebnaya mineral water has been expanded with a 1-liter PET bottle.

In February 2020, the company celebrated the 25th anniversary of its incorporation.
The plant carried out activities related to the protection of products from counterfeiting. A complex label design was developed. The company began using a transparent cap with an embossed logo to cap bottles.
In April 2022, JSC Kavminvody confirmed the compliance of the food product quality management system with the international standard FSSC 22000.
